Refund Policy

ZD Soft offers a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified*. If you are not satisfied with the Software within 15 days of payment, you may request a refund by contacting ZD Soft. Upon confirmation, a full refund will be processed. Following the refund, you must cease using and remove the Software from your device.

After the 15-day period from the payment date, refund requests will not be accepted, regardless of any subsequent termination of the Software license, and no license fees will be refunded.

*ZD Screen Recorder SDK is non-refundable. ZD Soft offers a 30-day free trial license for you to download and evaluate the ZD Screen Recorder SDK before purchasing. The free trial version is fully functional, allowing you to thoroughly test each API and ensure the SDK meets your needs. Once you purchase a commercial license, it is considered that you have completed extensive testing and verified the SDK’s suitability for your requirements. Given the impossibility of controlling the distribution of applications developed with the SDK and ensuring the deletion of all distributed copies of its components, ZD Soft does not offer refunds for ZD Screen Recorder SDK.
